1. What ShopLink NG is

ShopLink NG is a platform that lets vendors create an online store page and lets buyers send their orders to the vendor on WhatsApp. We provide the tools. The sale itself is between the vendor and the buyer.

By using ShopLink NG you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

Vendors need an account. You must give accurate information, including a WhatsApp number you control, and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to open a store.

3. Vendor responsibilities

• List only products you are allowed to sell, with honest photos, descriptions, and prices.
• Keep stock and availability up to date.
• Deliver what the buyer ordered, on the terms you agreed with them.
• Handle refunds, returns, and complaints fairly and in line with Nigerian consumer law.
• Keep buyers’ personal details private and use them only to fulfil their order.

4. Buyer responsibilities

Give correct contact and delivery details, and only place orders you intend to complete. Check the seller’s details and the product before you pay.

5. Payments and delivery

ShopLink NG does not process payments, hold money, or arrange delivery. Buyers and vendors agree payment and delivery between themselves. We are not responsible for money you send to a vendor, so pay carefully and keep proof of payment.

6. What you cannot sell or do

• Illegal goods or services, stolen or counterfeit items, weapons, and drugs.
• Adult content, or anything that exploits or harms children.
• Scams, fake listings, or misleading prices.
• Harassing other users, or trying to break or misuse the platform.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You give ShopLink NG permission to store and display them so your store works. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload.

8. Removing stores and accounts

We may remove listings, suspend a store, or close an account that breaks these terms, is reported for fraud, or puts others at risk. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

9. Limits on our responsibility

ShopLink NG is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for disputes between vendors and buyers, or for losses from a vendor’s products, deliveries, or payments.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make an important change we will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using ShopLink NG after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
